Good hair is like a crown on your head. It is one of the features which define you and your confidence. The role of hair is vital and every single hair strand on the body has some purpose. Our head has the longest hair, as compared with other parts of the body, which protects our scalp and maintain body heat.
Hair care project is like a series to know all about hair. I will share all the relevant details related to hair care and hair problem. I will cover all the major questions which are frequently asked like :-
What are the reasons and causes for the hair loss?
What are the home remedies for hair loss?
How we can take care of our hair?
What should be the healthy diet for good hair growth?
What is the role of water for hair?
and etc ....
Introduction of hair:
Our hair is made of protein called Keratin that is produced in hair follicles. Here is a small structure of hair through which you come to know about your hair.
Sebaceous Gland is an oil gland of the skin. It helps to lubricate the hair. You can relate that the oil come on your scalp is from this gland. Hair bulb is like an area where hair produce. Hair follicle is an area where hair start growing. Hair shaft is the part of the hair which you can see on the surface of the skin. Dermis is the part of skin where the inner part of hair resides.
Our body is covered with hair with some purpose, but we only focus on our crown that the part of hair which grown on our head. This part is also important for us because we can diagnose our health with the quality of hair which are present on head. Health is wealth in every sense.
