A simple ping can disrupt your peace and break your focus. When we don’t leave our phone , it means we are sacrificing our Time and the ability of mind. We can say notifications interrupt your thought process and break your focus.

Whenever  your phone pings,  a simple notification triggers a mini stress response. The anticipation of what the notification might be can cause anxiety and elevate stress levels over time.

Reduced Productivity

The constant barrage of notifications disrupts focus, hindering productivity and encouraging procrastination as attention shifts from work to phone. Procrastination will lead to more problems which hinder the balance of normal work flow.
